This policy covers the Randly iPhone app and the randly.app website. Randly does not sell personal data.
The iPhone app does not require an account and does not include advertising, tracking, analytics, or a developer-operated online service. Lists, saved decisions, settings, and preferences are processed and stored locally on your device. You can remove that local data by deleting it in the app or by uninstalling the app.
Randly Plus is an optional one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. Randly receives the purchase entitlement needed to unlock Plus, but does not receive or store your payment-card details. Apple's handling of purchase and account information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
The website's decision-tool inputs are processed in your browser and are not intentionally sent to or stored by Randly. The website uses Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights to understand visits and performance. These providers may process technical and usage information such as your IP address, device and browser details, pages visited, performance data, and cookies or similar identifiers according to their own privacy terms. Randly uses this information to operate and improve the website, not to sell personal data.
If you contact Randly by email, we receive the information you include, such as your email address, message, and any attachments. We use it only to respond, provide support, protect Randly, or comply with legal obligations. Please do not send sensitive information in a support message.
Randly does not sell personal data. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website or email, with Apple for App Store transactions, when you ask us to share it, or when required by law. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, and legal purposes.
Randly is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The iPhone app does not require an account or collect decision content from the device.
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you intentionally sent to Randly, subject to applicable law. Local iPhone app data remains under your control on your device.
